This Red Beetle Peyote Beaded Bracelet Pattern is a Delica bead pattern designed to be created with Delica beads. The finished size is 6 3/4 x 3 1/4 inches, excluding clasp. The book includes a preview of the beaded design, a shopping list of beads needed to complete the project, and the step-by-step peyote instructions. The bead design is charted and numbered. Included also is the instructions for 4 different ways to add a clasp. The clasp will add ½ to 1 inch additional length to the bracelet.
Karen Zumbrun has been a bead artist since 1992. Her work has been published in Contemporary Doll Creator Magazine and Soft Dolls and Animals Magazine. She does 3 dimensional sculptural beadwork, as well as loomed beadwork and jewelry. In addition to working with beads, she is an oil painter, works with metal, fabric, mosaics and does glass art.

This is the first peyote stitch pattern I bought because I thought it was so pretty. However what I didn't realize was that this pattern contains over 30 different colors! At retail, this becomes a small fortune in beads...over $100.00. So I can't afford the beads to make the pattern.Product details

This is impossible to follow on a / Ipad application.....makes no sense and there is no coordination between the color chart and the beading charts...Grid as number column1, row1 on one page, then Grid as number column 2 row 1 on the next page... makes absolutely no sense at all.
Which is too bad, because I love the pattern. Thank goodness I looked at the charts before ordering the beads!!
